How payment works
50% deposit at order
A non-refundable 50% deposit on proof approval covers materials and reserves your install slot. The balance is due before vehicle pickup or sign release.
Design billed separately
Design work is its own line item — and the finished vector artwork is yours to keep. On identical multi-vehicle fleet designs, the design fee is waived.
Net 30 for established accounts
Corporate and government accounts can move to Net 30 terms after a successful track record with us.
Fleet discounts
Volume pricing applies when vehicles come through the shop in batches within a 60–90 day window — that is what lets us batch printing and pass the savings on.

What moves the number
Vehicle size and surface
Square footage of film plus install complexity: body lines, rivets, recesses and roll-up doors all add hours.
Coverage level
Full wrap, partial or lettering. A partial on a white van often does the full wrap's job for ~60% of the price — we quote them side by side.
Design work needed
Print-ready artwork keeps cost down. Rebuilding a logo from a business card into vector art is real work — done in-house, and the file is yours after.
Quantity
Fleet programs price per vehicle on a sliding scale: one design pass, batched printing, scheduled installs.
