This policy describes what information Northwest Sign and Graphics("we") collects through this website and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us to prepare your quote, we use standard analytics to understand how the site is used, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

Quote requests. When you submit the quote form we receive the details you enter — name, phone, email, information about your vehicle or project, and any files you attach (vehicle photos, logos). We use this to prepare and follow up on your quote.

Calls and texts. If you call or text us, we see your phone number and the content you send, like any business you contact.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how visitors find us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block analytics with standard browser tools and the site works fine.

What we do with it

Quote information is used to price, schedule and deliver your job, and to contact you about it. We keep past job records so repeat orders and warranty work are easy. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us by our email service provider. Site hosting and analytics are provided by our infrastructure vendors (currently Vercel and Google). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

Want your information corrected or deleted? Email us or call (425) 329-9364 and we will handle it. If you just want a quote without the form, call or text — it works exactly as well.
