How much does a vehicle wrap cost in Everett, WA?

Short answer, because you came here for a number: in the Everett–Seattle market, door lettering runs $450–900, partial wraps $1,200–2,500, vans $3,200–5,000, standard pickup trucks $3,800–5,500, box trucks $4,500–7,500, and larger flatbed or dump trucks $8,000+. Where your vehicle lands inside those ranges comes down to four things, and all four are things you can see and check.

What actually sets the price

Vehicle size and shape. A wrap is priced mostly on square footage and how hard that footage is to work. A Sprinter high-roof carries nearly twice the film of a compact pickup. Deep body lines, flares, bumpers with sensors and riveted box panels all add install hours.

Coverage. Full wrap means every painted panel. A partial covers the rear and part of the sides, letting the factory color be the background. Lettering is cut vinyl on doors and tailgate. On a white van with a brand that works on white, a well-designed partial reads like a full wrap for roughly 60% of the money — we tell customers this even though it means a smaller invoice.

Material. Cast vinyl with laminate is the standard we quote — it stretches into curves without lifting and holds color for 5+ years. Cheap quotes are usually calendered film without laminate. It looks identical the week it goes on. It does not look identical in year two.

Design. If you bring print-ready artwork, design cost is minimal. If your logo exists only as a small JPEG from an old business card, someone has to rebuild it into vector art before anything can be printed at truck scale. We do that in-house and you keep the file.

Typical numbers by vehicle

VehicleLetteringPartialFull wrap
Compact pickup$450–650$1,200–1,800$3,800–4,500
Full-size van (Transit, ProMaster)$500–800$1,400–2,200$3,200–4,200
Sprinter high roof$550–900$1,600–2,500$3,500–4,800
Service body / flatbed truck$600–900$1,800–2,800$8,000+
16 ft box truck$600–900$1,800–2,800$4,500–6,000
26 ft box truck$2,500–3,500$5,500–7,500

Fleet pricing works differently: design happens once, print runs are batched, and the per-vehicle number drops with quantity. If you run three or more vehicles, ask for a program quote, not three separate quotes.

Where the cheap quote cuts corners

A quote $800 under everyone else is not a deal — it is a different product wearing the same name. The usual differences: calendered film instead of cast, no laminate, outdoor or driveway installation where dust and temperature ruin adhesive cure, and graphics stretched over rivets instead of heat-set around them. Every one of those saves the shop money invisibly and costs you the difference in years two through five.

A wrap is one of the only ads you buy once and run for five years. Spread $3,500 over 60 months of daily impressions and it beats any local advertising you can buy — but only if it still looks straight, glossy and flat in month 59.
