A fleet is only branding when every vehicle matches. Same colors, same layout, same phone number in the same corner — whether it is truck number two or truck number twelve, and whether it was wrapped this spring or three years ago. We keep your artwork, color profiles and panel layouts on file, so vehicle five matches vehicle one, and a replacement door panel matches the truck it goes on.

We print on cast vinyl and laminate every panel before it touches the vehicle. Cast film stretches into body lines without lifting, and lamination is what keeps color from chalking after two summers of sun and pressure washing. Install happens indoors at our Everett shop, on a schedule built around your operation — one van at a time, so your crews keep working.

How it works

The process

  1. 1 · Quote & measure

Send photos of your vehicles or bring one by. We measure, confirm coverage, and price the whole fleet with volume tiers.

  2. 2 · Design & proof

One master layout adapted to every vehicle type you run. You approve a scaled proof per model before anything prints.

  3. 3 · Print & laminate

Printed in-house on cast vinyl, laminated, and cut into panels labeled per vehicle.

  4. 4 · Staggered install

Vehicles come in one or two at a time. Most are back on the road in 3–5 business days.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you wrap our fleet without taking every vehicle off the road?

Yes — that is the normal way we do it. We stagger the schedule so one vehicle (or one pair) is in the shop at a time. Your artwork stays on file, so each round is print-and-install, not redesign.

What if we add a new van next year?

We keep your layouts, fonts and color profiles on file. A new vehicle of the same model is a straight reprint; a different model gets the master layout adapted and proofed before printing.

How does fleet pricing work?

Per-vehicle price drops with quantity because design is done once and print runs are batched. Tell us how many vehicles and which models, and we quote the whole program, not just the first truck.

Do fleet wraps have to be full wraps?

No. Many fleets run partial wraps or heavy lettering on a factory-color vehicle — it costs less and still reads as one brand. We will tell you honestly which coverage level your design actually needs.
