Can I change the message later without buying a new sign?

Yes — that is the point of insert-style frames. Additional printed panels cost a fraction of the full sign, and swapping takes seconds.

Will it survive Pacific Northwest weather?

The frames are built for outdoor retail use and the panels are laminated print on rigid substrate. Rain is not a problem; on windy corners, use a ballast base and bring it in overnight.

Do I need a permit to put a sign on the sidewalk?
