We print on 13 oz vinyl for standard use and 18 oz for wind-exposed or long-term placement, then hem the edges and set grommets so the banner hangs flat and does not tear at the corners. Printed in-house, which is why 1–2 day turnaround is normal here, not a rush fee.

Which material for a fence on a windy site?
Mesh vinyl — it lets wind pass through instead of turning your banner into a sail. For solid banners in exposed spots, 18 oz with wind slits is the fallback.
How long will a banner last outside?
A hemmed and grommeted 13 oz banner is good for 6–12 months of continuous outdoor use; 18 oz lasts longer. Taken down between uses, either lasts for years.
